Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record of selling SAAS-based solutions, particularly within the domain of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales in the US market, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to US customers and working in the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for selling SAAS-based Applicant Tracking Systems in the US market.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by showcasing the benefits of the SAAS tool.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales with a focus on SAAS products, preferably Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven experience selling to clients in the US market and working in the EST time zone.
- Strong understanding of SAAS sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and opportunities.
