**Designation- Engineering Recruiter (US Market)

**Shift timing- 7:00pm - 4:00am IST (5 days working, Sat/Sun off)

**CTC range- open for the right candidate

**Location: Noida( Onsite)

**Experience- 2-3 Years into full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industry

Role Description

Roles and Responsibility

• Holding 1 yr to 2yrs of relevant full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industries.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements.
• Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Worked on Semiconductor Engineering /Manufacturing / Energy clients / Aerospace / Defense / Electronics MFG or Automotive MFG/ Chemical MFG/Industrial Manufacturing Industry
• Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
