Job Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound Inquiries – First-level calling, presenting CC, and collecting requirements
  • Data Research for Contact details
  • Assist in-person meetings along with the team
  • Understanding client requirements related to the project
  • Logging all activities in CRM
  • Taking regular follow-ups via emails/calls/ messages
  • Email Drafting
  • Assisting in F2F meetings and drafting Proper MOMs after each meeting
