We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through manual and automated testing. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
• Continuously update test procedures to align with changes in project requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Experience in performance and usability testing.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
