We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and helping implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This internship will provide hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into detailed specifications for the technical team.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Help in creating and maintaining project documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Data Analysis: Support in the analysis of data trends and prepare reports to assist in decision-making.
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and end-users to ensure project success.
• Testing: Assist in testing solutions to ensure that they meet business needs and are free of defects.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of project management and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is a plus.
