What do we need from your end?

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee-Sales to join our

team.

Sales Training & Development

● Learn sales processes, product knowledge, and market insights.

● Participate in training sessions and shadow experienced reps.

Market Research & Analysis

● Conduct research on target audience, trends, and competitors.

● Analyze customer feedback and provide market insights.

Sales Operations Support

● Maintain CRM records and generate sales performance reports.

● Assist in customer onboarding and address queries promptly.

Customer Relationship Building

● Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person.

● Build rapport with clients and participate in networking events.

Sales Strategy & Planning

● Support strategy formulation with customer behavior insights.

● Collaborate with managers to align with business goals.

Requirements

● Strong Communication-Clear verbal/written English, active listening.
