What do we need from your end?
1. Campaign Management
● End-to-End Execution: Manage CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns, ensuring smooth
delivery from initiation to completion.
● Campaign Setup: Create, monitor, and optimize CPL campaigns on various affiliate
platforms.
● Tracking & Reporting: Implement and monitor tracking links, ensuring accurate
performance data.
2. Affiliate Network Management
● Affiliate Partner Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they
align with campaign goals and compliance standards.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate
partners, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
● Negotiations: Negotiate payout rates, terms, and conditions with affiliates to ensure
cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
3. Operations
● Lead Quality Assurance: Regularly review the quality of leads generated, ensuring they
meet the agreed criteria and campaign KPIs.
● Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all campaigns adhere to legal, regulatory, and
advertiser compliance requirements.
● Daily Operational Tasks: Manage day-to-day operations like approving affiliate leads,
managing budgets, and distributing payments to affiliates.
4. Performance Optimization
● Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to identify
underperforming campaigns or affiliates.
● Strategy Adjustments: Proactively suggest and implement optimization strategies such
as changing creatives, offers, or targeting parameters.
5. Reporting & Documentation
● Campaign Reports: Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders and clients,
including lead volume, cost, and ROI metrics.
● Affiliate Insights: Share insights and recommendations with affiliates for improved
campaign performance.
6. Tools and Platforms
● Technical Expertise: Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools such as HasOffers, Cake,
Voluum, or similar tracking platforms.
● CRM & Reporting Tools: Use CRM and reporting tools effectively to streamline
communication and reporting processes.
Requirements
● Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of CPL models, KPIs, and the ability to analyze large
datasets.
● Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of tracking platforms and tools related to affiliate marketing.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective client and
affiliate interactions.
● Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, performance drops, or affiliate
disputes.
● Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and affiliates
simultaneously.
