Key Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:


1. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to

understand their accounting needs and challenges.

2. Service Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our accounting solutions and effectively

communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations virtually, showcasing how our accounting

products can address the unique requirements of clients.

4. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and tailor

solutions that align with their business goals.

5. Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a sales pipeline, tracking and prioritizing leads to ensure

timely follow-ups and conversions.

6. Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring a win-win scenario for

both the client and the company.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to

provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

8. Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities,

outcomes, and challenges to the sales manager.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

 Proven track record in B2B sales, in the accounting or financial services industry.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 Basic knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, QuickBooks, and Bookkeeping
