We are hiring a Corporate HR Recruiter to join our team at Collar Search. As a Corporate HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience, who is eager to learn and grow in the field of HR recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively use job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
  • Experience with cold calling and networking to generate candidate leads.
  • Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Review and analyse resumes to determine suitability of candidates for the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
