- Experience in Online Technical Writing
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
- Should have worked in a technology based environment
- Evaluate current website content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Guide/Train junior memeber to upskil their competitencies in content writing
- Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write appealing contents
- SEO & content promotions knowledge will be an added advantage.
