Skills & Experience:

• 1.5 to 2 years’ experience with Outbound calls in IT services industry (Similar to our Company)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in working with North American clients  

• Prefers Inside Sales Experience 

Responsibilities Include:

• Contacting potential clients via phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/Appointments with C-level and V-levels. (Opening doors to new opportunities)

• Hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.

• Convert leads into clients.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.

• Goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

• Fast learner and passionate about sales.
