Cognitionteam  is seeking hard-working, disciplined, self-starter, and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. You will assist in driving new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting activities. You’ll work to develop and nurture leads with clients and employers prospects globally.

CognitionTeam is a tech consulting and development company with offices in the USA and India. We work with organizations across the world to implement best-of-breed solutions and processes to help them meet their business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for generating new business.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities (via. Email, call, LinkedIn, Tradeshows, etc.).
• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with potential clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
