Key Responsibilities:

 Data Centre Migration , Application Specialist : Hands-on experience in assessment,

planning, and migration, specifically focused on Microsoft and Java-related application

technologies for Legacy system.

 Application Integration: In-depth knowledge of integrating various application

technologies with other enterprise systems.

 Architecture Expertise: Strong understanding of different application technologies and

their architecture. Very Good understanding on API management 

Scope of Work:

 Analyze and Assess Current Landscape: Evaluate the existing data centre environment

and develop a comprehensive plan for the target landscape.

Migration Plans:

o Application Assessment and detail Migration Plan

o Target environments build process

o Application cloning/refresh process

o Backup and Recovery Plan

o Disaster Recovery (DR) Migration Plan

Project Plan:

o Detailed phase wise Migration Plan

o Migration Groupings and Wave Plan

o Project Plan and Timelines

o Communication and Escalation Plan

o Risk and Mitigation Strategy

Governance and Compliance:

o Roles and Responsibilities Matrix

o Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

o Governance Framework for Project Oversight and Tracking

Desired Skills:

 Proven experience with data center migration projects, including strategy development

and execution.

 Proficiency in Microsoft and Java application technologies ; different legacy system.

 Strong analytical skills to assess current data center environments and develop

comprehensive migration plans.

 Ability to integrate multiple application technologies seamlessly with existing enterprise

systems.

 Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges during the migration process.

Additional Qualifications:

 Familiarity with various enterprise systems and their integration requirements.

 Good knowledge on enterprise system like Blue yonder, Kinexo etc.

 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and

stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
