Role Description
This is an internship role for a Business Development Associate at Coding Bits. The role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and partnerships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a prospective client database using CRM tools or Excel.
✅ Cold Calling & Sales Execution
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls, follow-ups, and emails.
- Conduct product demos, career counseling, and explain how Coding Bits courses align with career goals.
- Convert leads into sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
✅ Partnership & Collaboration
- Identify and establish B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Content team to improve outreach and sales strategies.
✅ Quota & Performance-Based Growth
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas through consistent performance.
- Achieve KPIs for active calls, appointments, conversions, and revenue generation.
✅ Career Guidance & Product Consultation
- Understand student learning objectives & career aspirations to suggest the best Coding Bits courses.
- Assist students in choosing certifications, mentorship programs, and live training sessions.
✅ Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue growth to senior management.
- Provide market insights and suggest strategies for business expansion.
🔹 Education: Any graduate/postgraduate (Candidates with backlogs are welcome).
🔹 Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion & communication skills for closing deals.
🔹 Cold Calling Experience: Comfortable handling 50-100+ calls per day.
🔹 Relationship Building: Ability to build strong client relationships & partnerships.
🔹 Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to understand customer needs & market trends.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of Ed-Tech, IT Courses, and Online Learning Platforms.
🔹 Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve revenue goals.
