We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Good Knowledge about recruitment portals LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri & Hirect.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures by providing support in the implementation and enforcement of company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and practices is preferred.
