Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Online Bidder to join our team in Mohali. This full-time position requires an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on online sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This role is essential in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through strategic online interactions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to engage with potential clients and drive sales through effective strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on Upwork, Freelancer and PPH, to generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends and competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to communicate the value of our services effectively.
  • Negotiate deals with potential clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve team goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, applying insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continual improvement.
