Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (Night Shift: 11 PM IST to 7 AM IST)

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling and customized proposals on Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and write proposals accordingly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure proposals are submitted within specified deadlines, meeting high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to address queries and provide additional information as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BDE with a track record of successfully securing projects.
• Strong command of written English with exceptional grammar and communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift from 11 PM IST to 7 AM IST.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a related field.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to write proposals to client needs.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
