About a Job -

Sr. Performance Engineer

Candidate should have worked with Sterling OMS Performance testing

 Experience:

o Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

o Proven experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter,

Shell Script, Perl Script.

o Experience with Sterling Order Management System (OMS) product performance

testing is a must.

o Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.

o Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic,

DataDog).

 Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).

o Familiarity with database performance testing (SQL and NoSQL databases,

specifically Oracle DB).

o Experience with AWS cloud services and related performance testing.

o Knowledge of messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka.

o Understanding of API management platforms like Apigee.

o Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure performance.
