About a Job -

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain team goals, objectives, and metrics to track progress and performance.

1. ITOM Development:

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB and CI management.
• Ensure the completeness, correctness, and de-duplication of configuration items.
• Develop and maintain discovery processes to identify and capture configuration items.

1. Configuration Management:

• Oversee the implementation and management of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement archival processes to manage the lifecycle of configuration items.
• Develop and enforce standards and best practices for configuration management.

1. Technical Expertise:

• Utilize advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules to design and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ITOM and ServiceNow development.

1. Project Management:

• Manage and deliver ITOM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in ITOM, particularly in CMDB and CI management.
• Proficiency in configuration item discovery, archival, de-duplication, completeness, and correctness.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery is preferred but not mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of developers.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
