Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols
• Experience with IT infrastructure management tools and technologies
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler and ClearPass implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Certifications in relevant IT infrastructure and security domains are a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT infrastructure projects and initiatives
• Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems, including data backup and disaster recovery
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT infrastructure
• Document and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and configurations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure and security
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT infrastructure and services
