Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Coders Brain. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee benefits design. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruiting and a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. This is a mid-level position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, offering both Full-Time and Contract-To-Hire employment options.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in recruiting
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with payroll management and employee benefits design
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Design and implement employee benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and review performance management systems, providing guidance and support to managers
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new employees
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and employee grievances
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR policies and procedures
