• Test Case Design: Ability to create detailed, logical, and comprehensive test cases to effectively validate software functionality.
• Test Execution: Hands-on experience in executing test cases manually or through automated processes to ensure software integrity.
• Defect Tracking: Proficiency in identifying, tracking, and reporting defects using standardized defect management tools.
• Regression Testing: Capable of conducting regression tests to ensure new code integrates smoothly with existing software systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing plans and test cases for software projects, focusing on both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through effective communication with the development team.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new feature integrations do not compromise existing system functionalities.
• Report test results and status updates regularly to stakeholders via meetings and written documentation.
