Roles & responsibilities of the individual:


● Understand the market segments and prospect relevant contacts from different sources, directories, LinkedIn etc.

● Arranging business meetings and following up with potentials, to convert them into qualified leads.

● Understanding customers’ specific business needs and documenting the same.

● Create well drafted documents & reports to be shared with prospects, sales team and management as required.

● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

● Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.

● Ability to communicate orally with customers via phone, to generate interest in the product.

● Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

● Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Field Sales Executives.

● Update internal ERP daily, with all relevant facts and information about a prospect, covering end to end life cycle.

● Practice highest ethics whilst conducting business dealings with customers, consultants and fellow employees.

● Constantly endeavor to keep the Company database updated with all relevant information.

● Constant focus on improving the inside sales process by coming up with new approaches. 


Who will fit into the role?


● Experience in Selling SaaS product/ software solutions to the US / international market.

● Inside Sales Experience in working with partners, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Interest Generation and closing Sales Lead.

● Good at cold calling, emailing, referral networking, setting up webinars and other means of contacting prospects.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to articulate solution concepts to prospects with Strong presentation skills.

● A knack to simplify and explain technology to prospects.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Good Knowledge in MS Office Tools.

● Well organized with the ability to juggle between multiple prospects. ● Willingness to travel.
