We are looking for a passionate Account manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of customers, provide regular status updates to customers, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


 Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities

 Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

 Making sure that the agreement terms between CodeLand and customers are enforced across both the parties

 Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit

 Understanding customer requirements, translating to technical docs & proposals.

 Get regular customer feedback and referrals.

 Prepare reports on account status.


Mandatory Requirements


 At least 2 years’ experience in techno sales / pre-sales role

 Highly organized and strong attention to details

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 Good analytical skills to analyze opportunities and data to make decisions

 Willingness to travel (limited)
