Job Overview

We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team at Codeflies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Based in Noida, this full-time, mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and clients primarily from the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience in web design and be proficient with figma and web design (Mandatory skill).

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in figma for creating wireframes and prototypes (Mandatory skill)
• Experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs
• Expertise in UI/UX design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across websites
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and updating web pages effectively
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, for design projects
• Ability to create responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and user-friendly websites for various clients
• Collaborate with the development team to implement designs accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all web designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver designs that meet their requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of web design trends, tools, and technologies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve the final product
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing websites to ensure they remain functional and visually appealing
