We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive - IT Sales to join our team at Codeflies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience in IT Sales and Business Development, with a strong understanding of the IT industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to generate leads and build pipelines for potential sales opportunities.
  • IT Industry Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry, including trends and technologies.
  • Business Development (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in identifying and nurturing business opportunities.
  • Sales: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Expertise in managing and maintaining client relationships to foster long-term engagement.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively to clients and team members.
