Role Description:

We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Intern. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. As a Management Intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of business management, including:

• Assisting the business management team with day-to-day tasks.

• Participating in strategic planning and execution.

• Conducting research and development activities.

• Establishing new relationships with potential clients.

• Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Pitching our business services, sending/seeking relevant information and proposals, and maintaining effective follow-up communication.

• Managing relationships and engaging with existing and potential clients.

• Creating compelling presentations and writing proposals for projects.

• Identifying business opportunities in both domestic and global markets.

• Working closely with the executive team.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong research and data analysis skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (a plus).

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.B.A. in any specialization).

• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in any specialization) preferred.

Stipend: 7000/month (Fixed) + 5000/month(Variable-based on performance)

Duration: 4 months

(Clause: The stipend will be provided from second month as the first month will be the training period)
