- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, customer trends, and market dynamics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, optimize resource allocation, and enhance sales team effectiveness.
