Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the solar energy sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends in the solar industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Present and demonstrate our range of solar products and solutions to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing feedback and insights to management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
