1. Responsible for all aspects of Product Manufacturing, Maintenance, of Blow Molding Department.

2. Responsible for all aspects of Blow Molding Machines / Molds and Dies Improvements of Blow Molding Operation

3. Perform Production Planning & control (PPC)

4. Coordinate with Design Teams & ensure timely design supply for timely appropriate production

5. Ensure adequate raw material for shop floor for production

6. Ensure inspection and QC at different stages of Production Process

7. Coordinate with dispatch team for timely dispatch

8. Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meet monthly Targets.

9. Implementing manufacturing quality standards methods, facilities policies and procedures on the shop floor.

10. Maintaining the safety standards as per safety systems & company policy.

11. Maintain Required ISO Compliance
