1) Responsible for all aspects of Injection Molding Machines as well as Molds and Improvements of Injection Molding Operation

2) Responsible for Injection Molding production output & engineering. Management, quality management, inventory management and control, warehousing, project management.

3) Ensure timely do the Mold Maintenance and prepare report of the same and share the same with Plant Head and Management.

4) Ensure timely do the Injection Molding Machine Maintenance and prepare report of the same and share the same with Plant Head and Management.

5) Ensure Strategic alignment of Plant Operations with Injection Molding and molds. Ensure adequate capacity buildup ahead of business need.

6) Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained profitable operations of the Injection Molding process of the plant.

7) Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meet monthly Targets.

8) Liaising with Supply Chain, Plant Head, QA to ensure smooth & continuous production and co-ordinate with Supply Chain and for Inventory Line loading and future plan requirement/New products, adequately prepare the operations to meet business needs.

9) Maintaining the safety standards as per safety systems & company policy.

10) Proper Lubrication in all Injection Molding machines as well as in Mould also and maintain properly.

Prior to installation of New Machine take first prior approval of Management after that do the Trial run.
