Role Responsibilities:
Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s
Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly
Ensure front office and waiting area is spic-n-span
Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office
Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities
Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing, hotel booking, cab/transport partner etc.
Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriers
Manage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs,
Refrigerator, Lighting, Furniture, Paint etc.
All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) is stacked properly
in designated space/place
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Skill & Experience Required:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for
minimum 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)
Pleasant to talk to
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges, if any
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
