Role Responsibilities:

 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.  Determine project objectives by involving all relevant stake holders and  submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality  standards and technical feasibility.  

 Coordinate cross discipline team member and third parties/vendors/Clients for  the flawless execution of multiple projects.  

 Report and escalate to management as needed.  

 Predict and manage resources needed to reach the goal.  

 Prepare project budget as per the scope and track the cost.  

 Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan   Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.   Perform other related duties as assigned.  

 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.   Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about  strategy, adjustments, and progress.  

 Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and  communicating expected deliverables.  

 Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
