Job Overview
We are hiring a Territory Sales Officer to join our team at Wild Child Enterprises Pvt Ltd. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory
- Identify and generate leads, and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Work closely with distributors and retailers to monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions
