Job Objective:

è Requirement gathering from HR for leveraged / gig workers

è Coordinate for Vendor Code creation for vendor onboarding as and when required

è Initiate RFQ in SAP/Bonaparte portal

è Create Work on for resources with supporting documents for necessary approval

è Ensure timely necessary approval and release of PO to vendor

è Requirement gathering from Value streams for products/services

è Check the present orderings and plan considering approved budget

è Explore the source and get suitable competitive quotations

è Create Isource request / Shopping cart / Purchase requisition and workflow

è Follow up for PO & align with vendor on logistics and delivery to respective location

è Follow up for respective team for POD and invoice upload to eportal by vendor

è Follow up with respective team for GRN on material receipt, and payment to vendor

è Inventory management & tracking

è Ensure proper documentation and tracking of RFP to Payment
