The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement HRSD applications and modules within our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD. 
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service. 
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript. 
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services. 
• Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
