Team Lead - SEO is responsible for improving organic search rankings and thus, providing exceptional search engine optimization services. An SEO Team Lead, will be working on enhancing the health of content via keyword research and content optimization. He/she is also responsible for carrying out offsite SEO activities.

Job Description

Key Result Areas

●       Creates effective strategies for search engine optimization.

●       Oversees and supervises a team of SEO experts.

●       Leads research for SEO friendly keywords.

●       Monitors technical search engine optimization issues and help in fixing them.

●       Optimizes the content of landing pages, blogs and websites.

●       Directs and coordinates content teams in off-page search engine optimization tasks like link-building, forum commenting, etc

●       Analyzes the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc.

●       Collaborates with the Social Media Team during the SEO of marketing campaigns.

●       Stays up to date regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards.

●       Builds and guides the team of efficient and specialist SEO services team

Skills

Functional Skills:

·       Professional SEO and SEM Certification is mandatory.

·       Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in SEO, SEO Strategies and SEO Best Practices.

·       Proficient with Technical SEO, Content Marketing and Search Marketing techniques.

·       Familiar with best project management techniques and practices.

·       Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is a must.
