Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong network troubleshooting skills, with a preference for candidates holding CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Investigate and resolve network issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Possess a deep understanding of Fortinet firewall configuration and troubleshooting, with NSE4 certification being highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Pulse Secure VPN is a plus.
• Ability to implement and troubleshoot IPSec VPN tunnels efficiently.
• Utilise monitoring tools such as PRTG to ensure the health and performance of the network infrastructure.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of routing protocols, with a focus on BGP (Border Gateway Protocol).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, and preferably NSE4.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network and security roles.
