Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience in working with databases, tables, and data analysis
• Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Experience in conducting system analysis and design activities
• Knowledge of the BFSI domain will be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
• Analyze and document business processes, systems, and user needs
• Evaluate existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity
• Conduct system analysis and design activities to support the development and implementation of customized solutions
• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, design documents, and test plans
• Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the business needs
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users during system implementation and post-implementation phases
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
