Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in IT Services, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our organization within the B2B sector. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in IT and software sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research in the IT services sector, analyzing industry trends, identifying potential clients, and assessing competitive landscapes.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT services domain, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the technical capabilities and advantages of our IT services.

Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts for software sales and IT services.

Strategic Partnership Development:

o

Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships with technology vendors, integrators, and other industry players.

o

Collaborate with partners to enhance the range and quality of IT services offered.

Achievement of Sales Targets:

o

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs specific to IT services and software sales.

o

Regularly assess and report on sales performance against targets.

Technical Understanding:

o

Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and software offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

o

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to position our organization as a leader in IT solutions.

Collaboration with Technical Teams:

Collaborate closely with technical teams to align sales strategies with the capabilities and features of our IT services and software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services and software.

Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
