Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Good understanding of business processes and domain knowledge in BFSI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and working with tables
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Certifications in business analysis or related fields is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decision-making
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback for system improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts when needed
