Job Overview

We are hiring a Tele Caller for our Telugu Voice Process at CNR EdTech. This is a full-time, remote position located in Madanapalle. We are looking for freshers with a minimum work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year who can effectively communicate with our clientele in Telugu. The role requires fluency in the Telugu language and aims at providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference

  • Stay updated about the latest training programs and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while dealing with customers
