Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our team. This is an internship position suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions. The internship will be based in our Bangalore or Hyderabad locations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to find and attract qualified candidates for job openings.
  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Skilled in negotiating job offers and employment terms with candidates.
  • Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Interviewing: Experience in conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for job roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Ability to screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential job candidates and industry professionals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Human Resources: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices related to recruitment and employment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Support the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
