Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snowflake Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Snowflake Data Warehousing and corporate training, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehousing (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in Training Delivery (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive background in Corporate Training (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in Data Analytics with practical application experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for database management and querying.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge and application of Data Modeling techniques.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for effective knowledge transfer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive Snowflake training programs tailored to corporate clients' needs.
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions using advanced instructional techniques and methodologies.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and project workbooks.
• Assess learners' performance and provide feedback to ensure knowledge retention and application.
• Stay current with Snowflake updates and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date training.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create effective and engaging training content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal learner outcomes.
• Support the placement services team in preparing candidates for job placements through targeted training and coaching.
