Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team at CNR EdTech. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in SAP training and corporate training environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create structured, engaging, and impactful training materials
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and address challenges as they arise during training sessions
• Effective presentation skills to deliver content in an engaging and understandable manner
• Proficiency in project management to organize and execute multiple training programs simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to develop and implement training solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP training sessions for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and understanding
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
• Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of various corporate clients
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making improvements where necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry best practices to provide relevant and current training
• Work closely with the placement team to provide training that enhances the employability of our students
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to help them achieve their learning and career goals
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs and services offered by CNR EdTech
