Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The candidate will provide training in Oracle Database Administration and Oracle SQL. The position is located in Hyderabad or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Oracle Database Administration (Mandatory skill)
• Oracle SQL (Mandatory skill)
• Corporate Training Experience (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in Training Delivery, with strong instructional capabilities
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for managing database operations and scripting
• Strong knowledge in Instructional Design methodologies to create effective training modules
• Must hold an Oracle Certification to validate expertise and credentials
• Excellent Presentation Skills, capable of engaging and educating trainees effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Oracle Database Administration and Oracle SQL
• Customize training programs to meet the varied needs of corporate clients
• Conduct training sessions using both online and offline delivery methods
• Evaluate and assess training impact and make necessary improvements
• Mentor and support trainees to ensure knowledge retention and skill enhancement
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technology advancements and incorporate them into training modules
• Develop assessments and certification tests to validate trainees' proficiency
• Collaborate with the training team to continually enhance content and training techniques
