• US IT Recruiter - Knowledge of US recruitment practices and experience working with US-based clients is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives and helping to promote the company's training and placement services.
• Providing training and guidance to freshers and helping them enhance their employability skills.
• Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering qualified candidates accordingly.
• Managing and overseeing internship programs and ensuring successful completion by interns.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases and consistent follow-ups for placement assistance.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
