Job Overview
CNR EdTech is seeking a proactive and diligent Human Resources Intern. This position is open to freshers and requires minimal prior experience. The role is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Madanapalle, and offers a full-time, remote internship opportunity. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively.
- Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Onboarding: Experience or familiarity with onboarding processes to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- Employee Relations: Basic understanding of how to maintain positive employee relations.
- HR Policies: Awareness of standard HR policies and procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a small, dedicated team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide assistance with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in crafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the management of employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
