Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Cyber Security Certified Corporate Trainer to join our growing team at CNR EdTech. This full-time role is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, with a passion for training and development. You will be responsible for designing and delivering top-notch cyber security training programs to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Cyber Security Fundamentals (Mandatory skill)

• Security Awareness Programs: ability to design and implement comprehensive programs for various audiences
• Incident Response Training: adept at training teams to handle and respond to cyber security incidents effectively
• Risk Management: skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks
• Security Policies and Procedures: capability in creating and enforcing robust security policies and procedures
• Ethical Hacking Techniques: proficient in ethical hacking techniques to identify and address vulnerabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver cyber security training programs to corporate clients
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to fit the clients' specific requirements
• Stay updated with the latest developments in cyber security and incorporate them into training materials
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions to enhance practical skills
• Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees in achieving relevant cyber security certifications
• Collaborate with the placement team to ensure trainees secure job placements successfully
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually improve training content
• Support clients in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
