Conduct project management for project accomplishment through project schedule planning/follow-up and monitor project execution and finally conclusion to ensure the project result is achieved with all the quality standards being met.

Break down resources properly and control resource utilization as agreed plan.

Coordinate internally and with customers/third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects and respond rapidly to any customer complaints so that the troubleshooting is speedily resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
